CLM has a mission to strengthen and encourage the local church. While the speaking engagements can do this for a short period, CLM encourages an on-going relationship to help fulfill God’s mission here on Earth.

The partnership model is focused on building an ongoing relationship between the church and orphan home community. The church begins the process by supporting the construction of a new orphan home. After completion, the church body would then be responsible for the 12 orphans on a monthly basis through our individual sponsorship program. CLM organizes several opportunities each year for groups to visit Uganda on short-term missions trips which would allow individual sponsors the option of meeting the orphan that they support. CLM would provide updates on the orphan village and periodic pictures to help establish the long-term connection between the church community and the orphan village.
The church partner would also be able to respond to many different ways to bless the orphan village:
Sponsor a clothing drive for the orphan village.
Support special village projects such as common infrastructure improvement projects, and individual home enhancements and repairs.

"When I read the newsletters and see the pictures of the children, I always remember the trips to Uganda that I have made, knowing that I have taken members of my church and exposed them to the needs of the orphans then watched them as they respond by sponsoring several children. The last trip one of our team got to meet his two kids, and it was like a family reunion, finally getting to hug and talk face to face with someone that before that day was only a picture on the refrigerator back in the states.
