Message From Jackson Senyonga
Greetings My Brothers & Sisters in Christ:
It has been glorious to see how the Lord has been working in the hearts of people, churches and cities across America during 2005. Through the year, God has taken our ministry to various parts of the United States. We have led Pastor Retreats, have spoken in prayer conferences, and have led city-wide transformation gatherings in churches, auditoriums and arenas. I have seen God put bigger appetites for His presence in the hearts of His people. Altars have been filled with hundreds of hungry souls coming to Christ for the first time. Prodigals have come back home, igniting the church of Christ across America with a new flame for extreme commitment to further His cause for His Glory. We have received several reports of churches growing spiritually and numerically as a result of Christ’s ministry through us. To God be the Glory!
In Uganda, God has allowed us to reap a harvest of souls by the thousands. Our Top Radio ministry has gone nation-wide, allowing the population to hear the gospel through the airwaves in their native tongue. In addition, 20% of the people in Uganda that own televisions have been blessed with our Top TV broadcasts. Thousands that have never had the opportunity to attend church are coming to the Lord, abandoning witchcraft and choosing to follow Jesus in their homes. In October 2005, an addition to our media ministry was birthed, The Guardian Newspaper.
Your generous contributions to our ministry has allowed us to finish our 16,000 seat worship center and office block and purchase 30 acres of land to begin construction on additional orphan homes. By the early part of the New Year, 56 homes will be fully completed and ready to receive children. At present, we have 11 occupied orphan homes in Lira, N. Uganda. If you have sponsored a complete house (or houses), you will receive a picture of the house with your name plaque as well as pictures of the children living there by March 2006. Through your generosity, in a short period of time, Christian Life Ministries has become one of the strong orphanage homebuilders in Uganda. Please continue to pray and support us in this noble cause as we continue to depopulate hell and populate heaven through the ministries God has given us.
50 Vans to Reap 20,000 souls by March 30, 2006
As we begin a new year, there are still thousands in the valley of decision – evangelism must continue. I am returning to Uganda with a mission—to bring thousands to Christ, through equipping our leadership and evangelizing teams with the necessary tools to make this happen. We will reach out during this Christmas season and the beginning of the New Year for massive soul winning by sharing with them the reason for Christ’s birth. While thousands are preparing for the holidays, we must share the true reason for celebration. Our evangelism teams will be sent out, two-by-two, to the streets of Uganda to proclaim the good news of Christmas. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38. It is our prayerful belief that God’s harvest will be realized. In order to accomplish our mission, we are raising funds to purchase 50 vans that will accomplish four things; 1) Transport our evangelism teams to areas of activity every morning and pick them up in the evening, 2) During the day, the van becomes part of the public transportation service to bring in the resources to fund evangelism, 3) Creates two job opportunities (driver/attendant) per van for our church people to support their families, 4) The vans will transport people to and from church services every Sunday to worship (four trips per van). After the initial purchase of the van, the money generated each day will fund operational costs. Please pray how God may use you to support our evangelism ministry.
Your contributions, whether one time or ongoing, will go a long way to bring people into The Light that are currently in total darkness. As you read this letter, there are those who not yet made decisions for Christ. However, with your support, their lives could be changed forever. Please consider partnering with our ministry. May God bless you and your families in 2006.
Yours Because of Calvary,
Jackson Senyonga
